Also included in this recent image drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory. Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million. The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool. Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section. The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing various areas of the land. Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings. Additional materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
